Using Coco

These terms cover Coco, its connections and Coco Engineer. The provider is Coco Agent Foundation, with business contact address 6 Rue du Béarn, 67100 Strasbourg, France. Contact ahmed@cocoagent.co.

Coco is for business use. You must have permission to use the workspace and act for the business you represent. A separate signed agreement takes priority if it conflicts with these terms. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information.

Your account and connections

Keep your account secure and your workspace details accurate. Give access only to people you authorize. You must have permission to share the data, accounts and servers you make available to Coco.

A connection gives Coco the access shown during authorization and in its settings. You can disconnect it in Coco or revoke access with the provider. This does not undo completed actions or delete data from that service. The provider’s own terms and usage limits still apply.

What agents can do

Coco can read authorized data, answer questions, prepare drafts and run checks you enable. Changes through its connected-service tools require your approval of the specific action. Connecting an account does not approve future messages, purchases or other changes.

Check the recipient, content and effect before approving. Coco Engineer runs on your server with its own approval controls. You decide whether the proposed action is right for your business.

Your content

You keep your rights in the content you provide. You allow us and our service providers to process it to run, secure and support the features you use. You do not transfer ownership to Coco.

Do not use Coco to break the law, access systems without permission, spread malicious code, send abusive or unlawful messages, bypass approvals or interfere with other workspaces. Only share information you have permission to share.

Accuracy and availability

AI can be wrong. Check important facts, calculations and proposed changes before relying on them. Coco does not replace qualified professional advice.

Outages at Coco or its providers may interrupt the service. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee uptime, response times or business results. Keep separate copies of information your business needs.

Payment

Before you buy a paid service, we will show its price, billing period, usage rules and cancellation or refund conditions, or agree them with you separately. Creating an account or connecting a service does not authorize an undisclosed charge. A connected provider’s own charges are separate.

Leaving Coco

You can stop using Coco and disconnect your accounts. Contact us to request account or workspace deletion. The Privacy policy explains retention and recovery copies. Leaving does not cancel payment obligations you have already agreed to.

We may restrict access to address a security threat, unlawful use or a serious breach of these terms. We will explain the restriction when it is appropriate and lawful to do so.

Changes and questions

We will identify changes on this page and give notice of material changes before they take effect when required. Email ahmed@cocoagent.co about these terms or a dispute.

These terms do not remove rights or exclude liability that the law protects. Any additional service guarantees, liability limits or dispute arrangements need a separate agreement.
